Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes it will. Just log into your account on the new phone and you’ll be able to access your account with all your data.

  • Go to the Stats overview screen, click the drop down menu at the top right of the screen. You’ll see an option to 9 hole rounds. Everest Golf app defaults to showing your data for 18 hole rounds. You can also click on the Rounds list and select the specific 9 hole round to view data from that specific round only.

  • The team admin is the only person that has access to view all your data when you are part of a team. All team members will be able to view the leaderboard for that team.

  • Each Golf Shot Routine you enter has the potential of becoming one of your benchmarks. Currently there are benchmarks for your best and worst shots. The Golf Shot Routine of your shot with the highest strokes gained value will become your best shot benchmark and the Golf Shot Routine of your shot with the lowest strokes gained value will become your worst shot benchmark. Your benchmark will change as you enter shot routines of shots with higher and lower SG values.

  • You need an internet connection to view your golf stats, use the skills challenge and shot routine sections.

You can capture a round of stats without an internet connection after you’ve completed the New Round screen with an internet connection. After you’ve completed your round, your round will be saved and your stats ready for viewing once your internet connection is re-established.

  • You have multiple skill levels to compare your own game to in Everest Golf. These are called benchmarks.

Your selected benchmark will be used to calculate your Strokes Gained stats against. That goes for your Strokes Gained numbers related to your golf stats, skills challenges and golf shot routines.

You can change your benchmark under Settings at any time to see a new set of strokes gained numbers displayed.

  • You can start a team and become the member of that team or you can be invited to join a team and become a non-admin member of that team.

    Admins of teams

    1. Can add and remove players from a team

    2. Can click on any team member (under settings under teams list) and view their performance data (stats, skills challenges, golf shot routines). This feature does not allow the Team admin to add or change anything in a Member’s account. They can merely view data.

    3. Can view all leaderboards with all team members’ Golf Stats results and Skills Challenge results.

    Members of teams (non-admins)

    1. Can view all leaderboards with all team members’ Golf Stats results and Skills Challenge results.
